War Era

During the war, Gin was still living abroad. At first, Gin didn’t know anything about the war that had happened at Yumenosaki. So, when people talked about the war, Gin felt clueless. Because of her great curiosity, Gin insisted that Hokuto tell her everything about the war. As a result, Gin developed a slight dislike for Eichi and, on the contrary, admired and respected the 5 Eccentrics.

Enstars! Era

Gin officially enrolled as a student at Yumenosaki Academy in the same year as Anzu, but at different times. Anzu joined in spring, while Gin was officially accepted in summer, around the time coinciding with Summer Live Eve and Trickstar preparations. As the second student in the producer course after Anzu, Gin brought high spirit and enthusiasm to develop her career in the entertainment world.

On her first day at Yumenosaki, Gin accidentally met Hokuto, Subaru, and Makoto. At that time, the three of them were on their way to the cafeteria after P.E. class. On the way, they saw a girl crouching, appearing busy examining something in the bushes. Since the idol course at Yumenosaki was only inhabited by male students and they only knew one girl, Anzu, the three were curious and approached the girl. It turned out to be Gin, who seemed confused looking for the teachers' room on her first day due to the vast school environment. This meeting also became the first moment Gin and Hokuto met again after not seeing each other for ten years.

A few days later, Gin was also reunited with Izumi, her cousin, whom she hadn't seen for ten years. Gin and Izumi engaged in a long conversation where Gin explained the reason for her sudden move when she was young. With a heavy heart, she also told him what happened to her twin brother, Haku. However, Gin couldn't tell Izumi about her relationship with Hokuto even though they were cousins, because only the immediate family and some members of the Ichinose clan knew about it.

As a young producer in a highly competitive world, during this time Gin focused on developing her own abilities as a producer to avoid relying on the Ichinose family's big name, even though her family had significant influence in the entertainment industry. Gin wanted to prove that her success was the result of her own hard work. Additionally, Gin also began building relationships with idols and important figures in the entertainment industry, trying to build a strong reputation based on her own abilities.

At the same time, Gin's relationship with Hokuto developed slowly. They tried to get to know each other again, especially due to their long separation and significant changes that had occurred in each of them over the past decade. Although they often argued and experienced misunderstandings due to their different personalities and equally stubborn nature, somehow they maintained the engagement bond made by their grandparents. Due to demands from the Ichinose family, their relationship had to be kept secret from friends and colleagues at school, so they limited their closeness in public.

As a new student in a regular school, Gin enjoyed this opportunity to experience free teenage life full of social interactions. She participated in extracurricular activities, competed, and formed friendships. As someone who grew up in a strict environment and was previously not allowed to socialize with others, Gin finally experienced the warmth of true friendship. Her sociable nature made her quickly known by many students at Yumenosaki, so within a few months, she managed to build a wide reputation and network of friendships.

1st Year ES

With the producer course now open to the public and ready to accept more students, Gin and Anzu finally ended up in the same class in this course, although they were no longer in the same class as the idols. Being a third-year student automatically made Gin a senior, especially for new students in the producer course.

Although senior status required her to be a role model, Gin actually cared little about this role and felt that being a role model for juniors was just troublesome. Due to her indifferent attitude, Gin was known by other students in the producer course as a cold and arrogant senior. Many students talked about Gin behind her back, not only because of her aloof nature but also because of her closeness with the idols which made these students jealous. However, Gin didn't care about such gossip. She only intervened if there were producer students who dared to bully Anzu. In such situations, Gin didn't hesitate to confront the perpetrators directly and give them stern warnings to stop their actions. She also encouraged Anzu to tell her if any other producer students bothered her.
